Il mio amico ha appena acquistato su un sito un account di TorrentFlux installato su un server dedicato e il sito web dice questo:
- You will cause no damage, intended or unintended. By doing so, you agree to pay the site owner/maintainer for damages occursed (including time, materials, etc.)
- We do not accept responsibility for anything you as a customer download. As a customer the responsibility is yours to make sure you hold the copyright to any material you download.
- It is our policy to respect your privacy as a customer as such we will not monitor what you download. If we get a complaint of any copyrighted material on the server we will delete it immediately without warning.
- Please stick to the limits of your account or upgrade your account. If you go over we will remind you of account size you bought and possibly set a hard limit on your account if it's repeated.

Funziona cosi per qualsiasi servizio, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la questione dei danni...qui si parla anche di copyright vista la tipologia di servizio
