attualmente 4 tutti dinamici :blog FlatPress (database solo su files) su http://server.clans.it , joomla su www.samyweb.it , sito pesante http://www.damage-inc.it (joomla con virtuemart).
In esecuzione server teamspeak http://ts.clans.it con massimo una decina di persone collegate, rarissimamente più di 10.
In via di trasferimento un sito molto pesante (SMF, Coppermine e scripts hand-made su MySQL : http://daoc.clans.it)

piccola precisazione per dare un aiuto più preciso.
Il processore in realtà è un xeon DP, cosa che se messa in "monoprocessore" xen 2.x vede come pentium IV (la frequenza la vee giusta).
Con xen 3.x invece ho notato che vede correttamente la diceria xeon.
Quindi per consigliare la configurazione fate riferimento per quel tipo di processore e non per un pIV (anche se quei xeon sono dei semplici pIV modificati).

Grazie alex ma il config per il database(come immaginavo visto che è uguale agli altri che hai incollato) non funziona... quando lo inserisco e riavvio il db non riparte quindi ho dovuto mettere quello originario. Uso debian 3.1 eh.
Mentre per apache non da problemi, speriamo che sia servito aumentare i valori che dici
