errore invio email - ClamAV - amavis

salve a tutti!

ho un VPS con debian lenny con installto ISPConfig e squirrelmail

a quanto pare non ne vuole sapere di inviare mail!!!

e controllando i log con ISPC sembra che il problema sia ClamAV / amavis

uno dei probabili problemi dovrebbe essere legato al file /var/run/clamav/clamd.ctl

ho provato a riavviare i servizi ma niente!

avreste qualche consiglio su come procedere?

Sicuramente hai un piano managed, il tuo provider come mai non vuole risolvere?

mi diresti in che modo? perchè se si tratta di riavviare clamd, come ho visto scritto in altri forum, sinceramente non sò come "riavviarlo" dato che è un file di configurazione.

l'assistenza l'ho contattata ora.

il fatto è che a quanto pare o per colpa dell'invio mail o per altro (c'è da poco un sito joomla 1.15 in un dominio) il sistema è anche instabile, però per ora voglio risolvere il problema mail.

Ti suggerisco di far risolvere dai tecnici dell'assistenza che hai appena contattato. E' sempre la soluzione migliore quando non si sa gestire un VPS.
