VPS PROFESSIONALE ARUBA PROBLEMI POSTA

non mi è stata data alcuna risposta dei problemi che ora vi illustrerò.
se un mio cliente manda un messaggio ad una casella di posta del suo dominio settato nel server virtuale non scarica nulla dal suo client o webmail .
ho dato un'occhiata alla posta in coda e ci sono messaggi presenti lì anche da giorni.
come posso ,e dove, verificare dove sono le cose che non vanno?

Non credo di aver capito il problema del tuo cliente.
Comunque se hai un sacco di messaggi in coda, potresti avere un open relay. Intanto, ti chiedo 2 cose:
1. IP del server. Se hai un open relay potrebbero avere blacklistato e controllo
2. Sei su un VPS Linux o Windows? Usi Plesk oppure hai un altro programma di posta installato?

Per la spedizione dei messaggi usi QMail (che è quello integrato in Plesk). Hai provato a spedire una tonnellata di mail? Se sicuro che senza autenticarti non riesci a spedire?

si certo qmail, per server>mail >PREFERENZE è spuntato in ritrasmissione(relay) è richiesta l'autorizzazione....smtp(non pop3)

ma certo che no...tutto alla normalità ...passo a vps tedesco?
se faccio restart con il vps tutto torna normale....
