manuel 10 Report post Posted September 27, 2010 Ciao, sto cercando di risolvere un problema di hosting per un sito multilingua che ho creato su server Apache. Il sito è creato in WP ed utilizza il plugin WPML per gestire le (2) lingue; questo plugin permette di gestire il sito in cartelle www.miosito.it / www.miosito.it/en ma anche su diversi domini. E questo è il caso che mi crea problemi. Io ho due domini che hanno IP diversi. www.miosito.it e www.miosito.com. Nel .it voglio visualizzare il sito in italiano e sul .com in inglese. Ciò che dovrei fare (e che non riesco a capire come fare) è spiegato (in inglese) in questi termini: "point all the different domains to the exact same path in the server" e "...change the root directory (del .com) in the VirtualHost entry to point to the directory where WordPress is installed. (www.miosito.it/wordpress/ nel mio caso)" Non si tratta quindi né di redirect con il file .htaccess né di puntare il dominio .com dal pannello di gestione dal momento che in entrambi i casi non posso avere l'italiano sull'URL .it e l'altro sull'URL .com. Io sono un umile webdesigner, potresti indicarmi (anche a grandi linee) come poterlo fare (o deve farlo l'azienda che hestisce i server?)?
